Training: Onsite Programs
Whether it is Six Sigma Training, Lean Six Sigma, TRIZ, DFSS (Design for Six Sigma), or another methodology, IQPM team of training educators have multiple years or real world experience managing deployments in their field.
IQPM Mentors and Senior Consultants provide specialized assistance across a variety of methodologies and industries, and apply their knowledge directly to your challenges. Many companies choose on-site mentoring to augment their deployment process for Six Sigma results.
Mentors and Senior Consultants are available for a day, a week, or longer. Regardless of your needs, IQPM Consulting can provide on-site mentoring to fit. Common programs include:
- Executive Mentoring
- Deployment Leader Mentoring
- Champion Mentoring
- Practitioner Mentoring
Executive Mentoring sessions are helpful at the start of a new deployment to help establish senior leadership support, build commitment to a program, and identify organizational barriers. An executive meeting can also be a valuable prelude to Executive Team training to assure a smooth deployment.
Deployment mentors provide a variety of services from executive coaching to team training. They can also provide project support and deployment guidance. Deployment mentors offer great value due to their insight and experience facing similar situations in the past.
Champion Mentoring augments classroom Champion training with one-on-one project selection and scoping guidance. Mentors help Champions apply their new skills to real-world problems - helping them to refine project scopes, lock in project charters and complete project definition worksheets. The result is better-defined projects and more focused practitioners.
Practitioner mentoring is onsite support for practitioners. BMGI Mentors can support training in-between sessions with project assistance, or come on-site after training is complete to work directly on projects with practitioners. It can be a powerful addition to any initiative and for any level. Mentors work through projects with practitioners then suggest next steps and deliverables to get the project where it needs to be.
